- Executive Coaching
Personalized executive coaching, informed by the Versera Accountability Assessment, helps organizational leaders understand the role they play in building an accountable workplace through the achievement of specified outcomes.
- The Accountability Experience (8-hour facilitated workshop)
This highly interactive session challenges participants' "mindsets" and then helps them explore a whole new way of looking at personal accountability. Various tools for applying the principles in the workplace are introduced and practiced during the workshop.
- Accountability That Works (4-hour facilitated workshop)
This shorter session provides an overview of Versera's three-step accountability process (Responsibility, Self-empowerment and Accountability) and gives participants tools for applying the process to tasks and projects undertaken in their day-to-day role.
