The Assessment is validated and has been in use for over 10 years. There are 73 items and 4 categories:

Personal Responsibility - measures your personal ownership mindset

Personal Accountability – measures your willingness after-the-fact to answer for results

Team Empowerment – assesses your preferences for working alone or with others, coaching versus managing, and holding others accountable

Perception of the Organizational Culture – assesses your view of the organization’s culture of responsibility and accountability

Results
Participants receive results in a range from 0 to 100. The Assessment informs the individual and the organization where their results fall in reference to high, moderate and low accountability mindsets and organizations.

How is the Assessment Administered?

The Versera Accountability Assessment is administered and accessed online using a secure website. Each assessment is password protected. Participants who complete the Assessment receive a print-out of their results. They then receive an interpretation of their results through training, one-on-one coaching or a Personal Coaching Report. Individual assessment results are never revealed to others without the express permission of the participant. Group and organizational aggregate results are utilized for data comparison and norm result progress.
