The Versera Accountability Assessment
The Challenge
If individual transformation precedes organizational change and improvement, how does individual transformation occur? How can a leader know what different employees need to consistently achieve “high performance”?
The Solution
Personal high performance (low stress, high productivity and job satisfaction) starts with the individual’s mindset of responsibility and accountability for results…before they even step into the workplace. Mindset drives choices. Choices drive action. Actions drive results. Measuring mindset is the best way to measure probability of, and potential for, consistent high performance.
For more than a decade, Versera Performance Consulting has administered the Versera Accountability Assessment to individuals in a wide variety of organizations. This assessment was designed and validated in collaboration with measurement and assessment experts. It has been proven to be statistically valid both internally and externally.
The categories measured by the assessment are those associated with a mindset of responsibility and accountability. When expertly interpreted by Versera, the assessment acts as a diagnostic tool. It is not a “test” that an employee or prospective employee passes or fails. It merely enables Versera to help clients understand levels of responsibility and accountability within the organization, determine change readiness, and focus on high-impact, effective improvement.
How is the Assessment Administered?
The Versera Accountability Assessment is administered and accessed online using a secure website. Each assessment is password protected. Participants who complete the Assessment receive a print-out of their results. They then receive an interpretation of their results through training, one-on-one coaching or a Personal Coaching Report. Individual assessment results are never revealed to others without the express permission of the participant. Group and organizational aggregate results are utilized for data comparison and norm result progress.
